Software Upgrade Policy    

PocketX Software regularly provides updates and adds new features to our software products. The following is our upgrade policy:

  • Minor software revisions are free updates for up to 1 year from the date of purchase (for example version 1.1 to version 1.2, or version 5.0 to 5.01). This excludes special or  anniversary editions.

  • Major new versions require a paid upgrade (for example version 1.1 to version 2.0, or 4.01 to 5.0) unless purchased within 30 days of release.

Download protection is not required for minor or major upgrades however purchasing it will allow you to re-download the software quickly in case you misplace the installation files.
