Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. PocketX Software offers free demo/trial versions of every product so that you can evaluate the software before you purchase. We also offer free email technical support.

IMPORTANT: It's the customer's responsibility to confirm that the device manufacturer and model are supported by the product in question. Running the trial/demo version of the software is the best way to ensure compatibility with your device.

Our Return Policy:

A refund will be granted within 30 days of purchase for:

  • Duplicate Purchases
  • Billing Errors
  • Software that has been proven defective by PocketX

If you have a duplicate charge or feel you have been charged incorrectly, please click here to contact us.

We apologize that PocketX Software cannot offer refunds for:

  • Software that has a free trial version or demo version available
  • Upgrades of any kind
  • Ringtones or Ringtone Packages
  • Software that is no longer compatible with your device due to a device replacement. Note: PocketX is not responsible for refunding previously purchased software or replacing with compatible versions for any replacement or new device you have obtained.
  • Software purchased for the wrong device/phone or the wrong platform
  • Software ordered via a toll number (e.g. an Interactive Voice Response system) or SMS
  • eWallet charges or balances
  • Promotion codes not provided during the purchase process
  • Any item 30 days after the purchase date for any reason

Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
