RingTone and SMS Tone Managers
Photo Contacts PRO features a Ringtone Manager that enables you to easily assign ringtones and manage ringtone assignments for contacts, contact categories and private and unknown numbers. It also enables you to preview (play) assigned rings. The program also features a similar SMS tone manager.
	The Ringtone Manager shows the categories and contacts with ring tone assignments and lets you easily assign new ring tones.
	Assigning distinctive ring tones is easy with Photo Contacts PRO. Simply tap-and-hold on the contact's photo to assign a distinctive ring tone or use the Ringtone Manager.
	Browse for a ring tone anywhere on your device or memory card.
	Photo Contacts lets you assign .wav, .mid, .wma and .mp3 ring tones* and SMS sounds**.
	* Most current Windows Mobile phone devices support .mp3, .wma, .wav and .mid ring tones. Older devices might not support .mp3 ringtones. ** .mp3, .wma, .wav files are supported for SMS sounds on all Windows Mobile 6 and Windows Mobile 5 devices. Older Pocket PC 2003 devices support WAV SMS sounds only.

Call Filtering/Blocking and Automatic Profiles
A fully integrated per contact and per category Call Filter allows you to automatically Reject or Hangup unwanted callers and unknown/private numbers. Photo Contacts PRO allows you to create Profiles that combine Call Filtering, ring volume/type, system volume and SMS tone volume/type settings as well as control Bluetooth, Ringtones and SMS tones. Profiles can be run manually, automatically or in a temporary mode.
	Easily customize Call Filtering with the profile manager. The following settings can be applied to individual callers, groups of callers (categories) or unknown or private numbers: Reject - the call is automatically rejected and sent to voicemail (if available) Hang Up - The call is automatically hanged up (caller just hears a ‘click’ as if the line did not exist) Reject+SMS - The call is automatically rejected and an SMS message is sent to the caller’s mobile number Silent - the call is permitted to come through but the ring is silent Vibrate - the phone vibrates Bypass - the call is allowed to bypass the call filter in case of a default global setting
	Automatic profiles can be used to mimic your daily schedule and automatically apply different filtering, ringtone and sound settings. They also automatically track meetings and appointments in your calendar, applying a specified profile when required. The program includes a pre-defined set of call filter and volume profiles that are fully customizable by the user.
	Temporary Profiles are very useful when you need to quickly set your phone in a specific state for a limited period of time. Examples of use: You’re going to a movie theater and want the phone to be silent for 2 hours and then automatically switch back to loud after the movie is over You’re in a non scheduled meeting and wish to quickly silence your phone for only 1 hour You’re at a party and want the phone to be extremely loud for 3 hours and use the loudest ringtone that you have

Today Screen Enhancements

Photo Contacts PRO features a Today Screen Plugin that shows favorite contacts with pictures to enable easy dialing, displays recent caller information with pictures, enables you to see and change phone Profiles and shows device battery and memory status.

Favorites: Allows you to add your favorite contact pictures for quick dialing. Also shows battery status and amount of free Storage and Program memory.

Recent Calls: Double-tap on a picture to quickly return a call. Tracks incoming and outgoing calls, missed calls and incoming SMS messages while showing you the time and date of calls (tap and hold).

Advanced Profiles: Shows the currently active profile and mode of operation (Automatic, Temporary or Regular). Easily switch to a different or a temporary profile with a single tap.

Advanced Photo Caller ID technology
Photo Contacts PRO integrates advanced Photo Caller ID technology that works by displaying a large, easy to see photograph of the person that is calling during an incoming call. Three Photo Caller ID modes are selectable by the user.
	Full Screen Photo Caller ID All it takes is a glance to your phone and you will know who is calling. In Full Screen Photo Caller ID mode you can use your finger to tap on the screen to answer or ignore an incoming call. Additionally, press one of the the buttons to: Silence - silence the ring of an incoming call without rejecting the call Speakerphone Answer - answer the call automatically activating speakerphone mode Reject with SMS - easily reject a call and send a quick SMS to the caller
	Business Photo Caller ID During an incoming call, picture, name, company name and title of the caller are displayed in large text. If a picture is not assigned to a contact you will see incoming call information shown with large text for easy readability.

Crop and Adjust photos on the phone

Photo Contacts PRO includes a Photo Browser lets you easily assign photos to contacts on the Pocket PC (great for Pocket PCs with integrated cameras).

Speed Dial and Quick SMS
Need to place a call in a hurry? Photo Contacts PRO is perfect for speed dialing using your finger! Simply tap twice on a contact picture to call - no need to use a stylus. Enhanced Speed Dial window allows you to quickly send or respond with custom or pre-defined SMS messages - simply double tap on a contact picture.
	To dial a contact, simply double tap on the contact’s picture inside Photo Contacts PRO or in the Today Screen plug-in. Then tap on one of the 3 large buttons to call.
	Photo Contacts PRO enables you to send or respond to an SMS message quickly by double tapping on a contact picture inside the program or in the Today Screen Plug-in. To send a quick SMS message select one of the pre-defined quick messages from the pull down list and press Send SMS. You can also enter your own message.


Search, filter and categorize by photo
	Photo Contacts PRO lets you sort your contacts by First Name, Last Name or the "File As" field in Outlook. You can easily search for a contact by entering known characters of the contact's name, company or telephone number. The Category filter lets you easily restrict the visible contacts by assigned Outlook category.
	Once you have located the desired contact, you can easily call them, view their detailed contact information or enlarge their photograph for easy viewing.
