Business PRO increases productivity and empowers mobile users with innovative features, ease of use and incredibly useful functionality.

Scheduled, Automatic and Temporary Phone Profiles
No need to always remember to silence the phone during a meeting - Business PRO adapts the user's phone to their schedule by automatically switching to a custom Profile during a scheduled meeting or appointment. Business PRO allows users to create Profiles that combine Call Filtering, Ringtone, SMS and system volume settings. Profiles can be run manually, automatically (with a schedule or meeting detection) or in a timed temporary mode.

Complete privacy with Advanced Call Filtering and SMS Answering Machine
Fully integrated Call Filtering engine can automatically Reject or Hang Up unwanted callers, groups of callers and Unknown and Private numbers. Users can specify the following settings to incoming calls:
1. Reject - the call is automatically rejected and sent to voicemail (if available)
2. Hang Up - the call is automatically hanged up (for complete privacy)
3. Reject+SMS - the call is rejected and a custom SMS message is automatically sent to the caller

4. Silent - the call is permitted to come through but the ring is silent
5. Vibrate - the call is permitted to come through but the phone will vibrate
6. Bypass - the call is allowed to bypass the call filter for a specific contact

7. SMS Answer - an SMS is sent to the caller in case of a missed call
 

Phone Profiles and Profile Picker on the Today Screen

Business PRO ships with over 15 pre-defined advanced phone profiles utilizing time based switching, call blocking, ringtone and SMS answering capabilities of the application.
Users can quickly switch phone profiles with a finger tap of their phone's screen. A profile picker button is placed at the bottom of the Today screen for easy access to profiles and Business PRO's managers.

Distinctive Ringtones

Windows Mobile users will always know who is calling - with Business PRO, users can assign distinctive ring tones to individual contacts, groups of contacts (categories) as well as unknown and private numbers. 

Distinctive SMS tones

Business PRO makes it easy to distinguish between SMS senders. Users can assign distinctive SMS tones to individual contacts, groups of contacts (categories) as well as unknown senders.

Distinctive Email tones with VIP Email notifications

Business PRO allows users to be notified when they receive an email from a specific contact with Email tones as well as distinguish emails from VIP senders with custom vibrations.

Business Photo Caller ID and Large Text Photo Caller ID

Windows Mobile users will easily see who's calling them with Large Text and Business Photo Caller ID that shows a large, easy to see picture of the caller with their company and title information. Extra large text shows easily readable caller id information.

Group Email and Group SMS messaging
Sending SMS text messages and Emails to groups of people is usually a complicated task on mobile phones. With Business PRO, group messaging is simple. Simply create a group and easily send SMS and Email messages to many people at once.
